Summary of Results of Milestone:

On this milestone we were able to contact Harrisburg Habitat for Humanity and outline a basic project. This made it possible to determine the scope of the project and what would be required. We set up a meeting time with both Harrisburg and our group. We were able to establish roles, and this wiki to make it possible to easily track the progress of the project. Deviation at this point includes that we have subdivided into smaller teams to facilitate finding appropriate meeting times.

• Strengths of Milestone:*
• This milestone defined the entire project.
• One of deliverables was the basic architecture that our project will be constructed on.
• We have determined what will be possible to do with our project and how it will help Harrisburg Habitat.
• Weaknesses of Milestone:*
• We had trouble finding times in which we could all meet.
• Consiquently, we were not able to flush out the project in as much detail as we would have liked.

• Project Status:*

  Project status seems to be a green at this point. We believe this is because the goals are flexible enough to easily fit within our project time scope.
