• Summary of Results of Milestone:*

In this milestone we have completed the first draft of the SoftwareRequirementsSpecification and the ProjectPlan. These documents allow us to have an overview of how the system will work once completed and what steps we will need to take.

• Strengths of Milestone:*

  • This milestone alows us to have a better view of the project.
  • We can present our project to Harrisburg H4H at this point and fix any problems between how we view the project and how Harrisburg H4H views the project.

• Weaknesses of Milestone:*

  • It is hard to determine what functional requirements are nessisary and how indept they should be at this point. We will most likely need to update them later.
• Project Status:*

Status is still Green everything seems to be underway and should be completed on time.
