Summary of Results of Milestone:
In this milestone we were able to start our first implementation. We have developed the User Interface as far as the menu system is concerned along with some of the forms nessisary to receive and display information. We were also able to create the physical database design and the Java beans that will access the information.
Strengths of Milestone:
We have some visible progress on the project itself, it no longer looks like a plan but you can actualy see things happening. I think we did a fairly good Job of working together on this project, I would say that on some points I put less time into it then others but in the end I believe we each have done our part. I think this is also a key step to motivating our team to work more on the project.
Weaknesses of Milestone:
I don't think that there are many weaknesses to this milestone. Now that we are out of the planning stage things will be harder to change. It will be interesting to see how well all of our planning shall pay off.
Project Status:
Project is defiantly a GREEN. There are some awesome visible results.
