Summary of Results of Milestone

More key parts have been completed, we are closer to having report functionality completely up. Much of what is left to do will not require much new creative thinking.

Strengths of Milestone

A lot has been done, we have a plan for continuity.

Weaknesses of Milestone

We are in the middle of working on things for many other classes, it has become hard to dedicate enough time to this project. Morale is also low as we know that the project will not be completed. There have also been many frustrations and vast amounts of times working on some small issues with things like Jasper Reports.

Project Status

Yellow: We are still behind on implementation. We know that this project will take much longer to complete after we split up and it is no longer a class project. At the same time we are still hopefull that everything will be completed.
