CSC 333 Project Status Report
Project Name: HOME - Habitat Open Management Engine

- Progress Made
At this point we have much of our functionality in place. We have also resigned ourself to the fact that actual completing the project will not be able to take place during this semester but instead we will have an open source release.
We took a look @ sourceforge as a possibility, but decided that while we may do that in the future we have a lot more control in the current location.
We improved our ANT build script, now Jasper Reports are compiled as you compile the web application.
We were able to create an invoice report for homeowners from the XML report and fill it with information from the database.

There are no status reports following this status report.
- Issues Resolved
We have dealt with how we are going to address not completing the project. Fortunately Habitat is in the process of upgrading there offices. Because of this they are not ready for us to implement the software anyway.
- New Issues to be Addressed
We will need to work on the project over the summer and into next semester until all the details are ironed out and we finally have a production release. This will be hard because we will need to keep the group involved as they can and have enough time to actual finish it in a timely fashon.
Also Jasper Reports is called twice by accident, we will need to cache the original so that it doesn't generate it each time. The second time it calls the report it removes the comments, this needs to be fixed.
