On April 28, 2003 at 1:00pm, we had our ninth project meeting with Michele. Dana, Dave, and Jason were all present.

Wrap-Up

Definition of "Done":

• Calendar fully implemented per stand-alone functionality
• Contacts and Library have add/edit/view
• Search-all page so all records are accessible through UI

Michele gave us the thumbs-up this definition of done. Michele would like us to record which requirements have been implemented and which have not, for future reference. We will do this as part of our document of application functionality.

We will meet with Gender Initiative the morning of Tues May 6 to wrap-up with:

• Presentation of final product
• Training
• Feedback -- make video for class presentation

Test Results

At this meeting, we presented Michele with a prototype that had all levels of functionality implemented "roughly" and just needed some prettying-up and bug fixes. We split up the test plan between the four of us and spent some time testing & recording results. Remaining Tasks / Test Results:

• Enforce field requirements
• Identify required fields to user visually
• Email notification
• View delete request / edit request -- highlight changes
• Empty phone no. shows as two dashes
• Enforce maxlength in area -- make all textareas in UI memo fields in DB
• Yes/No confirmation on delete
