| Event | Entity | Data type used to manage each event that is submitted to be put in the calendar |

Business Rules
Event:
- Every event must have a Name and a Start Date/Time to be uniquely identified
- To submit an event, you must have listed a submitter name and either a phone number or an e-mail address
- An event must have a contact person with Last and First Name and either a phone number or an e-mail address
- Contacts will be automatically added to the contact database
Contact:
- A contact is identified as either a person or an organization one of the two must be present
- Internal Comments are viewable only by Internal Users
Resource:
- You must enter subject headings for a resource for search purposes
Publication:
- You must have a related resource to add a publication
