More requirements discovery
Calendar application
- Priority on handling recurring events: Extra Low (only recurring event is womens caucus)
- Priority of querying events by subject: Extra Low
- Priority of automatic email notification when event is submitted: High (otherwise might forget to add events to calendar)
- On calendar events should appear by month
- Rejected events will be deleted from the database
- Internal users should be able to delete records for all 3 databases from interface
Contact DB
- Interactivity with calendar application a priority over stand-alone functionality (because that's where the contacts will be coming from mostly)
- Fields defined in files provided by Michele
- Ability for internal users to search contact DB for event contact, to add if not found
- Ability to add contacts from scratch
- Priority of attaching phone conversation notes to contacts: Extra Low (doubt if it will be used)
- Only internal users should be able to view all contacts in database
- Public users can view contact information for event contacts?
- Michele will find out about privacy of contacts
Library DB
- internal users add resources to database
- internal users should be able to add resource authors to contacts
- should be able to search for library resources or events associated with a particular contact
- public users can search events, contacts, and library resources in one-stop search, by subject
- Michele will find out about subject headings
