Project Overview
This project milestone involves defining the scope of the project. This requires multiple meetings with the project organization. The meetings are to educate the project members about the potential project. The output of these meetings is the project proposal.
This milestone also involves creating a preliminary project plan, which includes each milestone's contents, deliverables, and dates according to the Course Outline. It includes a work breakdown structure for each milestone, along with the roles each team member will perform and estimated effort required.
Finally, a project overview presentation is included summarizing the project proposal for the benefit of the class.
