Summarize Results of Milestone:
- We had two good meetings with Michele to flesh out the system requirements. We documented and received approval on the requirements. No changes to the project plan.
Strengths of Milestone:
- Michele seemed to have a pretty good idea of what the Gender Initiative needs the system to do for them. The project breaks down nicely into three iterations.
Weaknesses of Milestone:
- We may run into trouble in the next Milestone because the calendar looks to be a slightly larger chunk of work than the two subsequent iterations. This could be good in the long run, though, because space later on will allow us to modify the calendar based on user feedback if needed. Not knowing what sort of platform Messiah is providing might also delay us as we move from implementation-free decisions to design decisions.
