Summarize Results of Milestone:
- This milestone we finally got started doing some implementation. Calendar is now almost completely implemented, along with a login page and initial work with Contacts. We also finalized the database (it is an Access database). For user interface we took screen shots of the different pages. Finally, we analyzed how elements in the E-R diagram and DFD diagrams traced to the user interface and database implementation.
Strengths of Milestone:
- The deliverables for this milestone were on the light side, allowing us to put much more time into implementation. This allowed us to catch up on iteration one and make significant progress on iteration 2.
Weaknesses of Milestone:
- Can't think of any weaknesses
Project Status:
- Green: We feel the project is back on track, now that we have caught up with the calendar implementation. We should have no trouble getting a finished product in the next milestone, especially since we'll only have to concentrate on implementation.
