Summarize Results of Milestone:
- During this milestone we brought system implementation and testing to a close, established a feature and code freeze, and prepared documentation for the final turnover of the system to the Gender Initiative.
Strengths of Milestone:
- One of our greatest strengths all along has been the help we have received from our project contact Michele Leaman. She has been critical in this final step in helping us wrap things up and communicate the turnover process to her group.
Weaknesses of Milestone:
- It has been frustrating in general to make sure all the loose ends are tied up. No big hang-ups, though.
Project Status:
- Green: The project is on track. We have a product that works and our project organization is happy.
