Notice the link to "Edit Event." This option shows because the user is currently logged in as an internal user. "Delete Event" will also be an option on this page. If the user is not logged in (public user), "Request Edit" and "Request Delete" will appear as options. (View Event Request, View Contact, and View Resource will be based on this design.)

If an error occurs when connecting to the database to add or edit event information, the ODBC connection error is printed for the user and they are returned to the add/edit page, as shown below. (Add/Edit contacts and resource will inform the user of database connection errors in a similar way.)
