| My name is Chelsea Anne , and I am a 19-year-old sophomore at Messiah College . My birthday is June 19, so that makes me a gemini. (Read: please do not ask me to make a decision, we'll be here ALL day!) I am majoring in music education with a concentration in flute, and I can't wait to be in my own classroom. I grew up in Connecticut, and went to the same high school as my brother and my mom did (my dad went to our rival high school, 20 minutes away). The big hang-out places are the Mobil gas station in town, and "the commons," a shopping plaza/movie theater in the next town over. Needless to say, I'm a small-town girl. My heroes are Erin Gruwell , Alice Paul , my late Grandpa Bill , and, most of all, his number one hero - Jesus . I have a HUGE family (24 first cousins!) and I love them all to pieces. I have learned that sometimes people aren't what you thought they were, but my amazing friends have proven themselves awesome time and time again. I am a hopeless romantic (go to the bottom of my friends page for proof), and a complete sucker for chick flicks, family dramas, and other sappy genres. I believe that everyone needs a good weep-a-thon every once in a while, and movies can provide the perfect inspiration. (See "My Girl" circa 1991 and you will know what I mean!) |
